Our property is located in the township of Palermo, one of Buenos Aires’ largest barrios which lies northwest of Recoleta. It has various sub neighborhoods, including Palermo Chico and Palermo Viejo (with the latter further subdivided in Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho). Main thoroughfares include Av Santa Fe, Av del Libertador and at the southern edge, Av Cordoba.

Rates: $1200/month with a 1-week minimum stay. For any number of days after the first week, rent will be pro-rated to a daily rate of $40.
